Q.  When should I start the recruiting process?

A. Playing collegiate sports is extremely competitive and it is essential that you start your recruiting efforts as early as early as your freshman year. We strongly recommend no later than the beginning of your sophomore year you beginning contacting potential college coaches.

Q.  Can you guarantee that I will be recruited and receive a scholarship?

A. No one can guarantee you will be recruited or offered a scholarship. I would avoid any services that are making this claim. The Profile Place gives you the tools you need to assist in your quest to play collegiate sports but it is ultimately your efforts and your talents that will make you successful.

Q.  Won't my coaches get me recruited?

A. Your coaches are a big part of the college recruiting process. However most coaches do not have the time to assist all their players in the college search and usually will only concentrate on a select few.  The Profile Place will walk you through the recruiting process with the college resource center only available to members and providing you the tools to create best and most advanced multi media profile to put you at the top of the game.  

Q.  How will a profile from The Profile Place help me in the recruiting process?

A. Coaches receive hundreds of emails from potential student athletes each year. A Profile Place profile will put you ahead of the game. When you send coaches your personal Profile Place link they can instantly see your accomplishments both on and off the field and you will literally jump out at them with your action photos and video. The Profile Place is the only online athlete profile creates a printable resume that you can take with you tournaments or combines, mail to coaches who may not frequently utilize email or for coaches to print to put in their recruiting file while they are tracking your progress.

Q.  How often can I update my profile?

A.  Your profile can be updated 24/7. In fact, we recommend that you update your profile often giving you another reason to contact coaches.

Q.  How long can my video be?

A. You are allowed up to 15 MB of video space. This is approximately 5 minutes. We recommend that you have a few different clips, one of game highlights and another of skills training.

Q.  How will I know if a coach has viewed my profile?

A. You will be automatically emailed every time your profile is viewed. Also, when you log in to your account you will be able to see how many coaches have viewed your profile along with their direct email address so you can follow up with them.

Q.  How often should I contact coaches?

A. This depends on what grade you are in and whether you are in and out of season. Below is a recommended time-table. Please keep on mind that there will be some coaches you contact more often and other less, you will need to make that assessment. 

Q.  What if I forget my password?

A. Simply click on the Forgot Password link below the Athlete log-in and your User ID and Password will be emailed to the email address we have on record.

Q.  I am having difficulties uploading my photos or video what can I do?

A. The following video formats are allowed: wma, wmv, avi, mpeg. Also, be sure you have not exceed more than 20MB of space. If you continue to have an issue uploading your video please contact customer service at #8/77-552-2501,
