Information provided to us may be shared with coaches who are registered with TheProfilePlace.com for college recruiting purposes. We may use information provided by us by users to communicate with individual users in connection with user transactions to send general information and to deliver certain promotional material(s). Users have the right to Opt Out of receiving communications from TheProfilePlace.com. See Section V. Choice: Opt Out. We may share personal and/or financial information provided to us with service providers and others in order to process transactions and obtain support services such as credit card authorization. Financial information may be used to bill users for products and services and enable users to participate in programs they may elect. Parental financial information will be collected to register those users under the age of 13 years. Submission of such information constitutes parental consent for use of our website by children under the age of 13 years in accordance to rules outlined by COPPA. We may disclose personal information to a third party if we believe disclosure is necessary to conform to legal requirements or processes or to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service.
